Bengal Feedback Ventures Private Limited holds its first board meeting

Bengal Feedback Ventures Private Limited ― a Joint Venture Company between Feedback Ventures and WBIDC (West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation) held its first board meeting in Kolkata on July 18.

Feedback Ventures has a 60% stake in the Company, while WBIDC has a 40% stake. Three Feedbackers are on the board of Bengal Feedback Private Limited ― Gopal Sarma as the Chairman, Debasish Som as the Managing Director and B. Ramaswamy as the Director. From WBIDC, Mr. M. V. Rao, Managing Director of WBIDC and Mr. Surendra Prasad Yadav, Executive Director of WBIDC are on the board of Bengal Feedback Ventures.
