Assignment: DLF is India’s leading Real Estate Company. Founded in 1946, DLF was instrumental in setting up several “posh” colonies in the Capital of post-independence India. In the early 1980s, the vision of its founders saw DLF expanding beyond the city limits, to sow the seed of what is now seen as the new Gurgaon city—complete with low and high rise housing, shopping complexes, commercial establishment, leisure and entertainment.

As a part of the comprehensive lifestyle offering to the purchasers of the Residential and Commercial properties, DLF has been building and operating Clubs for many years. The current strategy is to roll out around 30 to 40 clubs at various locations spread across India with high quality finishes, so as to attract the customer to invest in DLF properties.

DLF had a club in DLF City Phase – I, which was closed down when their new, premium club at Phase – IV became operational in the early 2000s. DLF plans to have a club in each phase, and is desirous of creating a new club facility at the existing site in Phase – I, a plot of land approximately 2.02 hectares, strategically located at the MG Road–Faridabad Road crossing. The present building is to be demolished and a new clubhouse proposed with a built-up area of 18,700 Square meters, equipped with all the modern facilities to match with the best in the industry.

DLF has commissioned Feedback to provide Project Management Services for their Phase – I Club House at Gurgaon.
