The Indian Roads Congress has invited Col. Vijay Kumar Ganju, President of the Engineering and Project Management Division at Feedback Ventures as a member on its “Rigid Pavement Committee (H-3)" for a period of three years (January 2009―December 2011).

The Indian Roads Congress (IRC) is the premier technical body of Highway Engineers in the country. It provides a National forum for sharing of knowledge and pooling of experience on the entire range of subjects dealing with the construction and maintenance of roads and bridges ― including technology, equipment, research, planning, finance, taxation, organization and all connected policy issues.

As a member of the committee, Col. Ganju would be making recommendations and bringing new developments to the notice of the Committee.
