Headquartered in Delhi, the Corporate Office of Feedback Ventures synergizes the operations of the five divisions of the company—providing services in the functional areas of human capital, finance and accounts, national infrastructure and facilities, IT, and marketing. It is also responsible for incubating new businesses, like the India Infrastructure Initiative that was launched in 2006.

Corporate Human Capital, sculptured by Alpana Sagar, VP, Human Capital ensures a culture of performance orientation, openness and empowerment.

Feedback is India’s largest independent team of multi-disciplinary infrastructure professionals. The team consists of the crème de la crème from the premier institutes in India, with a mix of Engineers, Architects, MBAs, and CAs. Feedback is the only company below a market capitalization of US $ 500 million to be a Day - 1 Placement Company at IIM, Ahmedabad. The number of Feedbackers grew from 389 to 618 in the FY 2006-07. It is heartening to note that in today’s booming market, so many talented people are making Feedback the organization of their choice.
New hires are welcomed to the Feedback family by day long Induction Sessions inclusive of presentations, team building games, lunch and meeting with the leadership team. An online HR help desk takes care of immediate addressal of grievances, if any, from any employee, anywhere in the country. Cultural and sporting events, online contests and surveys, out bound retreats and outings all make Feedback a fun place to work.

Branded as VOICE, Feedback embarked on an employee engagement journey undertaking a survey with the Gallup Organization. Using the survey data, addressing employee engagement is a challenge that Feedback has undertaken and will pursue in earnest for years to come. Empowerment, entrepreneurship and participative management have always been a core Feedback culture. Maintaining the same with expanding team sizes and geographies is something the Human Capital Department is constantly challenged with.

Finance and Accounts, headed by Pankaj Sachdeva deals with bank guarantees for projects, helps in raising funds, and ensures liquidity apart from day to day accounting. FY 2007 saw significant amount of activity both on the “Finance” as well as the “Accounts” areas. On the finance front, the Department played an active role in effecting an increase in the “Fund Based” Limits by Rs. 10 million. Further, the “Non-Fund Based” Bank Guarantee Limits were raised from Rs. 20 million as at the beginning of the year to Rs. 135 million. The incremental Bank Guarantee Limits were arranged from YES Bank and ICICI Bank, while the Fund Based Limits are being provided solely by YES Bank. The Company also managed to achieve conversion of the Working Capital Demand Loans into Cash Credit accounts during the course of the year. The department also plays a pivotal role in managing the shareholder-related activities. The year 2006 saw a significant amount of changes in the shareholding pattern of Feedback Ventures.

Information Technology, headed by J. K. Marwaha, Chief Information Officer provides smooth and uninterrupted connectivity between the Feedback offices. As a services firm, Feedback has more computers than executives, and the IT team keeps updating them. The IT department set up a Virtual Private Network across all four regional offices and video-conferencing in Delhi, Bangalore, and Mumbai to maximize the productivity of the entire Feedback team. Presently, the department is embarking on a journey to install Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) across the company, thus establishing IT as an enabler and as a differentiator towards Feedback’s growth.

National Infrastructure and Facilities, with B. Ramaswamy as Head, provides services to Feedbackers across the country.  The team identifies suitable locations for setting up Feedback offices across India. In the last twelve months, 6,132 square meters of Feedback offices have been set up in Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Bangalore apart from company guest houses in Rishikesh, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Gurgaon. The number of Feedbackers rose by 58 percent in the last financial year. To house this growing number of Feedbackers, the National Infrastructure and Facilities team is working towards shifting the Delhi office to a prime location at Gurgaon in April 2008.

Corporate Marketing, headed by Harsh Shrivastava, Senior Vice President, Marketing is the first point of contact for the company's diverse stakeholders. From media relations to business development to brand building, the team executes diverse roles.
