Assignment: Hero Honda Motors Ltd. (a part of the Hero Group) is the world’s largest two-wheeler manufacturer—consecutively, for the past six years. To retain its position as the market leader, Hero Honda is setting up a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility with a proposed peak production capacity of 6,000 motorcycles per month in Hardwar, Uttarakhand. The total plot area including an Auto Ancillary Park to achieve this target is 111 hectares whereas the main plant is spread over an area of 47 hectares and the rest 64 hectares is being developed for the ancillary units. The main plant has a built up area of more than 74,322 square meters. Feedback has been commissioned to provide Master Planning for the Auto Ancillary Park and Project Management Services for their main facility at Hardwar.
