Now after joining Feedback, I have become a 100% professional with proud management skills and an ability to deliver results under any circumstances. In September 2005, When I left my previous organization and joined feedback as Senior Manager, I remember I was totally confused with the management structures, procedures and other matters as I was working in a proprietary company. (While I got surprised that a consulting firm is having a separate HR cell headed by highly qualified personnel to take care of us). But as time passed, these very management structures, procedures and matters have given me the confidence to talk about project management with out any fear at all levels. By utilizing this proper orientation, I could become a Chief General Manger in a very short span of time. When I had joined, we were hardly 8 engineers in total and within one year the strength has increased to the power of “n”, which is an excellent example of like-minded people coming together and growing along with the company. Generally every company boasts of a performance based and employee oriented approach, but I could taste and enjoy the words in reality after joining Feedback.
