Construction supervision for strengthening and widening of a four-lane National Highway.

Client: National Highways Authority of India.

Assignment: Feedback provided construction supervision, quality control, progress monitoring and contract management for strengthening and widening of a Four-lane National Highway from Gorakhpur to Gopalgunj section of NH 28 (World Bank Funded) under FIDIC Condition of Contract, India. The project was completed in 36 months.

Design review and project management of the National Highway from Tindivanam to Tambaram.

Client: National Highways Authority of India.

Assignment: Feedback provided design review, project management, construction supervision and quality control services for the National Highway from Tindivanam to Tambaram in the state of Andhra Pradesh, NH 45, including three flyovers. The project was completed six months before schedule.
