Assignment: Escorts Group—a well diversified conglomerate with business leadership in healthcare, agricultural and construction equipments, commissioned Feedback to provide project management services for their 150 and 100 bed hospital projects at Amritsar and Faridabad respectively.  Feedback undertook project planning, programming and monitoring, design management and coordination, procurement management, cost management, construction management and supervision for the two hospitals
