Assignment: DS Group is a well diversified conglomerate with business leadership across wide spectrum of industries—from chewing tobacco, food & beverages to real estate and hospitality.   In the hospitality sector, DS Group is in the process of setting up a combination of facilities which includes a five-star hotel, a budget hotel, a convention centre and retail area on a plot area of 3 hectares, located at Kolkata in close proximity to Netaji Subhash Chander Bose International Airport.  The five-star hotel and the budget hotel will be managed under the patronage of ‘Raddisson group’ and ‘Country Inn’.  The total built-up area of the project is approximately 70,000 square metres.  For DS Group’s hotel and convention centre cum retail project at Kolkata, Feedback has been commissioned to provide the full array of Project Management Services – from ‘Concept to Commissioning’.
