Project description: Feedback assists L&TUIL on an ongoing basis in the analysis of its investments in real estate projects through the following:

• Market analysis of the project location, to assess land costs, expected sale or lease prices and appropriate project configuration.
• Financial analysis to establish viability of the project.
• Support in obtaining internal approvals for the investments.
