Project Management for a 61 hectare IT Park.

Client: State Industrial Development Corporation of Uttaranchal (SIDCUL).

Assignment: State Industrial Development Corporation of Uttaranchal Ltd. (SIDCUL)—a nodal agency to promote the development of industrialization in the State of Uttaranchal, has prioritized the establishment of "International Quality" IT infrastructure in the state. To realize their dream, Feedback was commissioned to provide project management services for this project spread over an area of 61 hectares. The IT Park comprises of an incubation centre, doon cyber tower, and habitat centre as a mix of core business zone and recreational facilities.
