Infrastructure Advisory Division (IAD) is Feedback Ventures’ management consulting arm providing strategic advisory and project development services. The Division is organized into two SBUs—CAS (Corporate Advisory Services) and GMAS (Government and Multilateral Advisory Services) for focused service provision across different Client segments. IAD offers strategic advisory services such as policy formulation, market analysis, developing entry and growth strategy, diversification strategy, business planning, organizational structuring, performance improvement, valuation and due diligence. At the project level, IAD provides market and feasibility studies, location analysis, bid advisory, project conceptualization, structuring and development, privatization management and transactions management services.
