Infrastructure Advisory Division (IAD) is Feedback Ventures’ management consulting arm providing strategic advisory and project development services. The Division's advisory practice spans across—CAS (Corporate Advisory Services), TAS (Transaction Advisory Services)  and Capacity Building Services. IAD offers strategic advisory services such as policy formulation, market analysis, developing entry and growth strategy, diversification strategy, business planning, organizational structuring, performance improvement, valuation and due diligence. At the project level, IAD provides market and feasibility studies, location analysis, bid advisory, project conceptualization, structuring and development, privatization management and transactions management services. At the capacity building level, IAD provides organisational development, structures, systems, and skill development.
