 Project Management for construction of India’s largest controlled atmosphere (CA) storage plant

Client: Container Corporation of India (CONCOR).

Assignment: Construction, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance of CA stores at Rai, Haryana (Capacity 3 X 4,000 MT).

Timeline: May 2006 to March 2007.

Project Description: Feedback provided assistance to CONCOR in the following areas:

• Design approval.
• Supervision and Monitoring progress of work.
• Performance testing and commissioning.

The above work included project management consultancy for supply, installation and commissioning of 2 x 1,250 KVA DG set along with control panel and other accessories; electrical substations equipment i.e. HT panel, transformers, protective equipments, cabling etc.; LT cabling, electrical fittings and illumination system.
