Distribution infrastructure planning service for MSEDCL.

Client: Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL).

Assignment: The scope of work for the project included assistance for the scrutiny of Detailed Project Reports prepared by MSEDCL; Liaisoning with REC/PFC or any other financial institutions for availing financial assistance; assistance in selection and award of Turnkey contracts for distribution investments including formulation of bid documents and conducting the bidding process; and assistance in seeking approval of schemes from the MERC as may be necessary along with periodic reporting to the MSEDCL top management.

Consultancy services for implementing input based rural franchisee in Uttar Pradesh Power sector.

Client: Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited

Project Description: Feedback is undertaking need assessment of the pilot and target areas, developing criteria for selection of franchisee, carrying out a status review of the pilot area, designing the payment structure and preparing a design document detailing the roadmap for implementing input based franchisee in the state.
