| | Quality Assurance and Recruitment Consultancy Services for Approx 600 SPMU and DPMU staff for RCH II in 6 EAG States. | Client: Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India (UNFPA funded). Assignment: To assist UNFPA in designing the and ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the recruitment of approx 600 consultants for the State & District Management Units of Rajasthan, Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Orissa. Project Description: It was a pioneering effort in the health sector— recruiting such large numbers across seven positions, six states and with varying reservation & domicile policies. As the Quality Assurance consultants, we were involved in the project from the very beginning to actually issuing the appointment letters to the selected candidates. Briefly the following activates were undertaken: - Developing position profiles and job responsibilities,
- Defining the placement strategy,
- Developing and placing advertisements,
- Developing criteria for short-listing (resume marking sheets),
- Developing or specifying the tools and tests to be used for recruitment,
- Developing the parameters and processes for annual assessment of recruited staff.
