Project Feasibility is a detailed study that examines the viability of taking on a particular project. A feasibility study takes place during a project initiation phase and is made before significant expenses are engaged. It typically includes extensive research on the current and proposed practices, especially both the technical and the economic aspects. The conclusion determines if a production decision can be made and is used for financing arrangements.
