He has over 26 years of experience in the fields of organization restructuring, strategy, management structures and systems. He started his career in management structures and systems carrying out the restructuring of large Indian corporates like SBI, L&T, MRF Tyres, and Vulcan-Laval. Under his leadership, Feedback Ventures recently implemented an ERP-cum-Knowledge Management solution across the Company.
Ram is a co-founder of Feedback Ventures. He is presently heading the Infrastructure Advisory team at Feedback Ventures. Over the years, Ram has gained experience in institutional restructuring and HRD in the areas of urban local bodies, urban and rural water supply while working with the government, bilateral and multilateral aid agencies on projects. He has considerable exposure of urban development issues. His strengths lie in the fields of organizational restructuring and human resource management. Ram has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT, Madras, and an MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad.
