Project Description: Assessment of financial viability of five rail links, assistance in managing the bidding process and achieving financial closure for the following rail links:

• Tuglakabad-Dadri
• Paradip-Haridaspur
• Bharuch-Dahej
• Surat-Hazira

• Paradip-Haridaspur new rail line project - MoU signed in May 2005 between RVNL and Government of Orissa along with four other strategic partners.
• Krishnaptanam Port – Obuilavaripalle Rail Link project approved, others in pipeline.
