To provide assistance for an upcoming SEZ near Gurgaon.

Client: Suncity Haryana SEZ Developers Limited.

Assignment:Suncity Haryana SEZ Developers Ltd. has engaged Feedback Ventures to provide assistance for their upcoming SEZ near Gurgaon. The project is divided in two stages. Stage 1 of the assignment involves Project Configuration and other studies, to enable the client to freeze the project specifications and to meet the statutory requirements.

Stage 2 comprises of a DPR consisting a detailed Master Plan, detailed engineering drawings, cost estimates and project procurement. The project is to be completed within five months. The team had to work hard as Stage 1 was to be submitted to the Client in a short span of ten days.

The planning of the site was difficult as it has irregular shape and at places, is very narrow in width. So optimizing the utility of land was an important task. The project had other constraints viz. entry for processing area for customs department, carving out contiguous areas, many offsets, very narrow width and some un-acquired farms within the site. In spite of these constraints, the master plan was able to offer the required flexibility for business, large parking spaces, designation of land for various purposes, world-class infrastructure, landscaping, value added services, commercial buildings, clubs and residential neighborhood etc.
