Ramaswamy joined Feedback in 2006. An IIT, Madras and Jamnalal Bajaj Alumnus, he has a rich experience of managing projects and teams over the last two decades. In the late nineties, he had spent around five years in the Engineering and Project Management Division of Feedback Ventures. He serves as a partner to the operational management team by integrating HR strategies into Feedback’s overall mission and strategy. He ensures that the HR related initiatives in Feedback are coordinated and aligned to the core values that we cherish.

 
Debasish joined Feedback in 2007. After doing his B.Tech (Hons.) in Electronics & Electrical Communication Engineering from IIT Kharagpur, Debasish joined Indian Administrative Service (IAS) in West Bengal Cadre in the year 1983. He had served under the Government of West Bengal for 24 years and has handled many important assignments like Secretary, West Bengal State Electricity Board (5 years), Director, Cottage & Small Scale Industries (2 years), Municipal Commissioner, Kolkata Municipal Corporation (5 years) & Managing Director, West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation ( 1 ½ years). As District Magistrate, West Dinajpur he was responsible for bifurcation of the district. In just 3 years, under his stewardship revenue of the Kolkata Municipal Corporation went up from Rs. 261 crore to Rs. 470 crore.

His expertise lies in urban infrastructure, urban reforms, power sector, re-settlement and re-habilitation. He also has a road knowledge about general infrastructure development. Debasish is a fellow of institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering and member of Institution of Engineering.

Pankaj is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over seven years of post qualification work experience. He has been managing the corporate finance for Feedback Ventures for the last nine years. His experience in the domain of finance and accounting is across the following functions—treasury, management control, management accounting, routine finance & accounting.

A techno-commercial professional proficient in change management through implementing Integrated ERP Systems—JK has over 22 years of experience in EDP, IT Systems and the enterprise resource planning system’s setting & tuning with business strategy. He holds a B.E. degree in Electronics & Telecom Engineering from the Delhi College of Engineering, M.Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT, Kanpur and MBA (Finance) from IGNOU.

Harsh is the official spokesperson of Feedback Ventures and looks after Feedback’s marketing and public relations work. Prior to joining Feedback in September 2005, Harsh spent more than three years with the Confederation of Indian Industry as Director, looking after different areas of policy, specifically agribusiness. From 1998 to 2002, Harsh was Research Officer in the Prime Minister’s Office, where he assisted in writing Prime Minister Vajpayee’s speeches. Before that, he’s written a book on corporate social responsibility, worked as a journalist, and as a communications manager in a company.

Harsh has a B.Com from Sydenham College, Mumbai and an MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad.  He’s also a visiting faculty at IIM-A, teaching a course on “Strategic Public Communications” to public policy students.  He is on the Delhi State Council of CII for 2007-08 and on the Infrastructure Committee of the Northern Region of CII for 2007-08.

Alpana Sagar joined Feedback Ventures’ Capacity Building Division in January 2004 where she handled several recruitment and consulting assignments in the Development sector. Thereafter, she helped set up the Corporate HR function within the company and is currently heading the Human Capital Department.

She has a multifunctional background in finance, marketing and human resources having worked in diverse industries. Prior to joining Feedback Ventures, Alpana spent 7 years with the Tata Group―Tata Steel and Tata Exports. She has also worked with the headhunting firm Softseek Consulting where she developed business relationships and handled assignments for large service sector organizations.

Alpana holds a post-graduate degree in management (with specialization in HR). She enjoys trekking and outdoor sports.
