Prakash heads the Sales and Marketing function at Feedback Ventures and has over a decade of experience across the advisory practice of the Big 4 Accounting firms in Australia and India. Having executed a wide range of transactions across Australia, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and the United Arab Emirates; Prakash brings extensive global perspectives.  

With nearly two decades of advising government, public and private sector clients in the infrastructure sector; he demonstrates specialist public private partnership (PPP), project finance and property advisory skills across a broad range of sectors including education; health; transport; water; social housing; commercial and residential property developments; hospital and retail.  His experience enables him to bring project perspectives that help deliver integrated strategies through services that clients require.

Prakash is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India; an Associate of CPA Australia; and an honours commerce graduate from Delhi University.

Ramaswamy joined Feedback in 2006. An IIT, Madras and Jamnalal Bajaj Alumnus, he has a rich experience of managing projects and teams over the last two decades. He is currently spearheading Feedback's marketing and sales function from the South.  Ramaswamy is also the Co-Chairman of the infrastructure sub-committee of the CII-Southern Regional Council; a Special Invitee on the CII-Southern Regional Council; Convenor of the infrastructure panel of the CII-Karnataka State Council; and a Special Invitee on the CII-Karnataka State Council.

Pankaj is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over ten years of post qualification work experience. He has been managing the corporate finance for Feedback Ventures for the last nine years. His experience in the domain of finance and accounting is across the following functions—treasury, management control, management accounting, routine finance & accounting.

Alpana Sagar joined Feedback Ventures’ Capacity Building Division in January 2004 where she handled several recruitment and consulting assignments in the Development sector. Thereafter, she helped set up the Corporate HR function within the company and is currently heading the Human Capital Department.

She has a multifunctional background in finance, marketing and human resources having worked in diverse industries. Prior to joining Feedback Ventures, Alpana spent seven years with the Tata Group―Tata Steel and Tata Exports. She has also worked with the headhunting firm Softseek Consulting where she developed business relationships and handled assignments for large service sector organizations.

Alpana holds a post-graduate degree in management (with specialization in HR). She enjoys trekking and outdoor sports.
