P. Ramesh
Managing Director

Ramesh heads the Energy Division at Feedback. He has over 18 years of experience, working across industry, finance and consulting, and has worked across the energy sector—electricity, coal and gas. He has hands-on experience of having worked in diverse areas ranging from policy, regulation and reforms to project-specific support. He is a sectoral expert on strategic, commercial, and financial aspects relating to energy sector projects. Ramesh is recognized as a sector expert having served as part of World Bank missions on International power sector reforms in Ghana and Tanzania as well as part of various tariff & PPA committees set up by the Ministry of Power, Government of India. He continues to be involved in sectoral issues in many Indian states like Gujarat and Rajasthan as well as with some Indian private sector clients like Tata Power and Reliance. Ramesh holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Post Graduation in Financial Management.

Shailesh has been a part of the Energy team of Feedback, since its inception. He has over 13 years of experience across electricity and coal, and has been actively involved in the reforms and restructuring of some of the leading reforms states. He is the sector expert on reforms and restructuring, and has also been involved in commercial, financial and regulatory aspects relating to the power sector. Shailesh has been credited with ensuring a smooth transition and migration in market evolution from vertically integrated utility to a more open market in many Indian States like Andhra Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh. He is a production engineer and holds a Masters degree in Management Studies.

Manpreet has been a part of the Energy Division since its formative years and has played a major role in the establishment of the Energy Practice at Feedback. She has over 14 years of experience across electricity and gas, and has been actively involved in the regulatory process in almost all the northern states of India. She is a sectoral expert on regulatory aspects, and has also been involved in commercial and financial aspects relating to the power sector. Manpreet has been involved in the evolution process of regulation in the Indian electricity sector and has been a part of the open access regulations in many leading states. She continues to be actively involved in sectoral issues in Punjab and Uttar Pradesh, as well as with some private sector clients like BP International. Manpreet holds a bachelor’s degree in Physics and a Masters Degree in Management Studies.

Devtosh is Vice President and Head-Distribution Business at Feedback.  He is a B.E (Electrical) with a thorough understanding of the Power Sector reforms (APDRP and the Electricity Act), their relevance and implication to business opportunities in India. He has more than 12 years of work experience in the power sector with 5+ years at strategic leadership levels and domain knowledge of how utilities in the T& D sector function in the Indian context.

Srinibas heads the Energy Division in south from the Hyderabad Office. He joined Feedback in February 2006 with the primary focus of development business and investment due-diligence. Srinibas is not new to Feedback—he worked with Feedback from February 2001 to August 2004. During this tenure, he was part of Energy Division’s endeavors in Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh. His special contributions were fund mobilization and due-diligence for M & A activities in the power sector. Prior to joining Feedback, he had a seven year stint at SBI Capital Markets Ltd. where he undertook project structuring and financing of various infrastructure projects in power and roads. He also had exposure to primary equity and debt markets in India and has the experience of raising funds for private (equity) as well as Government corporates (debt).

Srinibas is a management graduate from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar and holds an M. Tech. degree in Aero-Production from the Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai.
