A Bachelor in Engineering from REC, Durgapur (West Bengal), Parvesh has around 25 years of rich experience in integrated infrastructure services.

As Managing Director of the Engineering and Project Management Division (EPMD) at Feedback Ventures, he has been responsible for planning, monitoring, quality assurance and timely execution of various large-scale infrastructure projects, including projects in the transportation sector.  In the past, Parvesh has been involved – in his position as the “Engineer”, “Project Director” and “Team Leader” for a number of construction supervision, engineering design, detailed feasibility studies and privatization studies and has worked with reputed organizations like Sunbeam Casting, Timex Watches and Delphi Automotive Systems. He brings a unique blend of skills to projects. 

He has been with Feedback Ventures for more than 9 years. Under Parvesh's stewardship, EPMD has established itself as one of the leading service providers in the fields of highways, electrical T&D projects, SEZs, industrial estates, townships, water/sanitation and other large urban/rural infrastructure projects, to the central government and state government, to Indian and foreign developers, to lenders and many other client segments.

He is a life member of Indian Roads Congress and is on the National Urban Infrastructure Council of CII.

A B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering (1st Division) from the Banaras Hindu University’s Institute of Technology and a Post-Graduate in Management from IIM, Sudhir has around 27 years of experience, mainly in large Multinational companies in India and the Middle East.

Sudhir’s role as a Chief Executive Officer involves business generation, systems, execution, people hiring-retention-development, etc.

In the past, he was heading a professionally managed company manufacturing starch and allied products.  He has also worked as a business head of an FMCG business with turnover in excess of Rs. 1.25 billion per annum.  He was the Chief Executive of a Public Limited company in Oman; Director in the Board of Pepsi Food Ltd.; and worked 12 Years for Unilever Group in senior positions in India and overseas.

Dr. Jalota heads Transportation-Technical Services, a Strategic Business Unit of EPMD. He has 45 years of rich and comprehensive experience in Highways & Traffic Engineering, and Geotechnical Engineering. Dr. Jalota has a wide experience in academics & research for Highways & Geotechnical Engineering fields. He established a Consultancy Centre, as (founder) Director in 1977 and carried out a large number of Consultancy projects related to these fields. Dr. Jalota holds a B.Sc. in Engineering & an M. Sc. in Engineering (Highways & Traffic Engineering) from the Punjab University and a Doctoral Degree from the University of Birmingham (U. K.). He completed his training in TRRL (U. K.) and undertook a hands-on training on a Motorway in U.K.

Col. Ganju is a pavement specialist by profession and has worked in a similar capacity on numerous highway projects. He has also led teams on various detailed design and construction supervision assignments for national and state highway projects—including those funded by multilateral agencies like the World Bank and ADB. He is a life member of Indian Roads Congress, Institution of Engineers and the Institution of Military Engineers.

He is a civil engineering graduate from the Delhi College of Engineering (1974) and a postgraduate in structural engineering from IIT Mumbai (1984).

Manoj is an Infrastructure specialist by profession and has more than 42 years of extensive experience in various fields of civil engineering involving planning, designing & execution and has also led major teams on design and project management for large scale Townships and other infrastructure projects. He has worked as a Rural Infrastructure Expert in African Development Bank and on projects funded by multilateral agencies like ADB & World Bank.

He is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers and a Life member of the Indian Road Congress.  He is a Civil Engineering graduate from the Bengal Engineering College (1965) of Calcutta University.

Vikram Apte has an extensive experience in electrical projects. His expertise spans across 33 & 66 KV grid substations and associated line construction & commissioning, CAPEX planning, engineering, automation, procurement and project implementation. He is a sectoral expert in capitalization and linking results and achievements to each head of expenditure, automation and remote operation of existing 33 & 66 KV grid substations—to be operated through SCADA, erection of O/H lines, U/G cables and distribution substations and training faculty and staff in DOT R&D.

Vikram holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, a Diploma in Business Management, a Masters Degree in Management Science and is pursuing an Executive Programme in Business Management from IIM Calcutta.

Aswath has more than 20 years of professional experience with 13 years of relevant experience in Detailed Project Preparation, Feasibility Studies, Design, Planning, Execution, Construction Supervision and monitoring of roads, Highways, Bridges and Infrastructure Development Projects.

As a Highway Engineer, he has effectively carried out the technical audit, verification and reporting of progress and IPCs for the upgradation of Bangalore-Maddur section of the Bangalore-Mysore Road as Lenders Engineers on behalf of IDFC. As a Team Leader cum Highway Engineer, Aswath carried out design consultancy for the development of a 182 hectares Township for the Bangalore Development Authority including the design of 40 km of internal ring road and arterial roads with 30m wide 4-lane divided carriageway using the latest design software and preparation of tender documents with a project cost of Rs. 450million.

He holds B.E. (Civil) from the Bangalore University. He also completed a course in Transport Management from ASMT Bangalore, a course in Project Management from CME, Pune and a course in Earth Moving and Construction Equipments and Machinery Management from CME, Pune.
