Corporate Services
Headquartered in Gurgaon, the Corporate Office of Feedback Ventures synergizes the operations of the four Divisions of the company—providing services in the functional areas of human capital, finance and accounts, national infrastructure and facilities, IT, and marketing. It is also responsible for incubating new businesses, like Bengal Feedback Ventures Private Limited that was launched in 2008 and the India Infrastructure Initiative Trust that was launched in 2006.

Human Capital, sculptured by Rumjhum Chatterjee ensures a culture of performance orientation, openness and empowerment.

“Proud to be a Feedbacker” is the sentiment that Feedback hungers for. More than doubling turnover, more than global presence, more than media coverage, more than plush offices, more than top-of-the-line pay hikes—this is the sentiment closest to a Feedbacker’s heart. Pride in the sector that the Company works in; pride in the work it does; pride in the clients it works with; pride in the colleagues it works with; and above all, pride in building the infrastructure of India is what drives Feedbackers.
New hires are welcomed to the Feedback family by day long Induction Sessions inclusive of presentations, team building games, lunch and meeting with the leadership team. An online HR helpdesk takes care of immediate addressal of grievances, if any, from any employee, anywhere in the country. Cultural and sporting events, online contests and surveys, and outings all make Feedback Ventures a fun place to work.

Finance and Accounts (F&A), headed by Pankaj Sachdeva, President, F&A deals with bank guarantees for projects, helps in raising funds, and ensures liquidity apart from day to day accounting. During 2008-09, there was a significant amount of activity for both the “Finance” and the “Accounts” functions. Feedback Ventures obtained a rating of its banking facilities in line with BASEL-II norms and was assigned a rating of “LA+” by M/s ICRA Limited. The Department was actively involved in the evaluation and finalization of the ERP/Knowledge Management product and implementation partner. Having implemented the ERP, the Company has already gone live on the Finance & Accounts module.

Information Technology (IT), led by Pankaj Sachdeva provides smooth and uninterrupted connectivity between the Feedback offices. The full-scale implementation of ERP is being led by Anil Chopra. As a services firm, Feedback has more computers than executives, and the IT team keeps updating them. Feedback Ventures is investing heavily in Information Technology, which is critical for a knowledge-driven services Company. Investments are being made in hardware, software, external bandwidth and internal Wi-Fi connectivity, video-conferencing, data storage, redundant systems, 24/7 support, training, and an ERP-cum-Knowledge Management system.

National Infrastructure and Facilities (NIFM) team, headed by Suresh Kumar has shown tremendous fortitude in shouldering on the daunting responsibility of commissioning Feedback’s new headquarters at Gurgaon, on time ― January 14, 2009. The access-controlled office covering over 47,000 square feet has 350 seats and has been fitted with state-of-the-art technology ― video conferencing facilities in the Board room and in the training room, precision air conditioners in the server room, fire addressable systems, and CCTV’s to monitor 24 by 7 traffic within the office. With the consolidation of all the Feedback offices in the National Capital Region, Feedbackers across all verticals, today, work under one roof!

Sales and Marketing, headed by Prakash Rao is the first point of contact for the company's diverse stakeholders. From media relations to business development to brand building, the team executes diverse roles. Information about the company's activities and achievements is disseminated through a number of channels — annual reports, newsletters, media briefings, seminars, and conferences.
